Backed by his extensive leadership experience as the CIO of PepsiCo Asia, Nikunj has guided Systems Plus through its growth since its inception in 1987. His acumen in business development as well as IT & Business strategy are second to none. Nikunj loves to travel and is quite likely on a flight right now. If he isn’t on a flight, he’s probably exploring exotic cuisine at a Fine Dine restaurant.
Nikunj holds a bachelor’s degree from IIT, Bombay.
Sapan has been entrusted with bringing about growth & stability. He does this by building key client partnerships which are the foundation of Systems Plus’ success. Having worked for multinational conglomerates such as PwC and J&J in the US, Sapan is well aware of the business nuances and key drivers of a global business; a skill that has helped Systems Plus grow over 500% in the last decade. Most of Sapan’s free time is spent playing mobile games like “Boom Beach” and “Clash of Clans” with his kids! When he isn’t playing games, he’s training for the annual local marathon in which, he and other employees at Systems Plus are keen participants.
Sapan holds an MBA in Finance/Management from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Anik started his career with Systems Plus as a Marketing Executive and then moved to Software Development. He has been with Systems Plus since its inception and has climbed up the ladder through his sheer hard work & dedication over the years. His acute attention to process, excellence in delivery and ability to take on any operational challenge is what made him the natural choice to move into the President’s role. Anik is obsessed with motorcycles – so much so that his wife complains that he takes better care of his Bikes than he does of her!
Anik is Physics Major from RD National College, Mumbai.
A die-hard proponent of Agile methodology, Asheesh is both PMI-ACP and CSP certified. Asheesh believes in growth via empowerment. His mantra is to work hard, party hard and constantly push boundaries – be it work, fun or fitness. He is an avid marathon runner and never lets any opportunity to run, go by. But his favourite thing to do is meeting new people all the time – just check out his Facebook page!

Madhu believes in minimalism and simplification, an ideology which she also brings in to work. It’s no wonder our processes are spic and span, well-oiled and running without glitches. Her penchant for theatre makes her a natural entertainer on and off the stage, a skill she uses to keep us all engaged in various employee engagement initiatives through the year.
