Own the practice of Managed Services including customer and resource management.
Responsible for the end-to-end project management functions of large programs including planning, risk and issue management, trade-offs and execution.
Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
Effectively cooperate with customers, technical staff and leaders, business leaders and executives.
Make sense of ambiguity, define and plan programs in a fast paced and highly-technical organization, and secure buy in from internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with engineers, testers, product managers, architects and leaders to define and lead projects
Mandatory Skills Sets:
Experience managing projects across cross scrum teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Hands On Experience in Cloud and Managed Services
5+ years of cloud or equivalent project management experience including team scheduling and roster for Managed Services
3+ years of experience working directly with technical teams
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;
5 to 10 years of Project Management experience;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills Sets:
AWS certifications SysOps admin or Similar.
Knowledge and experience of working on cloud infrastructure
Knowledge and experience of working on customer support
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience;
Master’s degree in Program/Project management (good to have)
