NIKUNJ JHAVERI

Chairman and Founder

Backed by his extensive leadership experience as the CIO of PepsiCo Asia, Nikunj has guided Systems Plus through its growth since its inception in 1987. His acumen in business development as well as IT & Business strategy are second to none. Nikunj loves to travel and is quite likely on a flight right now. If he isn’t on a flight, he’s probably exploring exotic cuisine at a Fine Dine restaurant.

Nikunj holds a bachelor’s degree from IIT, Bombay.

SAPAN CHOKSI

Chief Executive Officer

Sapan has been entrusted with bringing about growth & stability. He does this by building key client partnerships which are the foundation of Systems Plus’ success. Having worked for multinational conglomerates such as PwC and J&J in the US, Sapan is well aware of the business nuances and key drivers of a global business; a skill that has helped Systems Plus grow over 500% in the last decade. Most of Sapan’s free time is spent playing mobile games like “Boom Beach” and “Clash of Clans” with his kids! When he isn’t playing games, he’s training for the annual local marathon in which, he and other employees at Systems Plus are keen participants.

Sapan holds an MBA in Finance/Management from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

ANIK MANKAR

Head of IT Transformation Services

Anik started his career with Systems Plus as a Marketing Executive and then moved to Software Development. He has been with Systems Plus since its inception and has climbed up the ladder through his sheer hard work & dedication over the years. His acute attention to process, excellence in delivery and ability to take on any operational challenge is what made him the natural choice to move into the President’s role. Anik is obsessed with motorcycles – so much so that his wife complains that he takes better care of his Bikes than he does of her!

Anik is Physics Major from RD National College, Mumbai.

ASHEESH VASHISHT

Head of Managed GCC

A die-hard proponent of Agile methodology, Asheesh is both PMI-ACP and CSP certified. Asheesh believes in growth via empowerment. His mantra is to work hard, party hard and constantly push boundaries – be it work, fun or fitness. He is an avid marathon runner and never lets any opportunity to run, go by. But his favourite thing to do is meeting new people all the time – just check out his Facebook page!

Asheesh holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the Mysore University, with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence.

MADHU BALORIA

Head of Human Resources

Madhu believes in minimalism and simplification, an ideology which she also brings in to work. It’s no wonder our processes are spic and span, well-oiled and running without glitches. Her penchant for theatre makes her a natural entertainer on and off the stage, a skill she uses to keep us all engaged in various employee engagement initiatives through the year. There is never a dull Friday at Systems Plus. Outside of work, you will probably find her nurturing her garden or photographing nature at its best.

Madhu has an MBA degree with a specialization in HR from The Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune

NIRAV MOTA

Practice Lead- Technology Services

Nirav kicked off his career with Citigroup as a Management Executive working in the Cash Management department and later moved into the Information Security domain. He joined the IT consulting team at Systems Plus after his stint at Citigroup. He has since essayed various roles ranging from IT Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Project Director, Delivery Manager, and is now functioning as the Practice Lead. His team as well as his clients assert that he is a delight to work with, as he constantly inspires the people around him to develop their careers.

Nirav loves traveling, especially road trips in cars, is a music aficionado, and an avid runner participating in Mumbai Half Marathons on a regular basis. He holds an MBA in Information Systems from Vivekanand Educational Society's Institute of Management, Mumbai.

AMAY JHAVERI

Head of Client Engagement

Amay has over a decade of experience working with large enterprise customers, delivering a wide range of technology solutions. Currently leading client engagement at Systems Plus, Amay is responsible for a broad gamut of functions ranging from new customer acquisition to ensuring customer success. Passionate about maximizing the value that enterprises derive from technology, he is committed to driving impactful results.

Apart from working and spending time with his family, he enjoys playing padel tennis, doing CrossFit, and strumming his guitar. Amay is a Computer Engineering and Computer Science major from Duke University, North Carolina.

In the words of Saint (Mother) Teresa, “We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.”

We truly believe that every little effort made towards giving back to people and empowering lives, counts. Therefore our key initiatives focus on social sustainability. This, we do through our corporate program – “Udaan” – the power to fly towards a better life.

Team Udaan in partnership with Pride India, a local NGO, has adopted two villages in rural Maharashtra – Panderi and Adiste. Apart from supporting initiatives towards providing basic amenities to the villagers, Team Udaan regularly visits to educate the villagers on health & hygiene maintenance, supporting locals with light construction work and painting, providing educational material for school going children and career counselling to the young adults.

Through NGOs like Aseema, Dharavi Diaries and Jijai Shikshan Sanstha, members of Team Udaan, regularly visit municipal schools in the slums of Mumbai and Pune to teach classes starting from Std. 1 – 4 and provide vocational training in computers to young adults so that they are digitally equipped. Systems Plus is also associated with The Little League, an organization that supports & grooms children with their education needs through their passion for football. We have our own little team of future football champions, or at least we hope to see them achieve that dream of theirs.

Through our associations with various NGOs, we regularly support Back to School initiatives where our contribution is used for buying school books, uniforms and stationary for underprivileged children across the country. Some of the most enjoyable weekends have been spent with the elderly at Jeevan Asha, an old age home and Janvi Charitable Trust, a community centre for kids. Time spent with members of the Industrial School for the Blind proved to be an inspiration for members of Team Udaan.
