Job Details

·              Monitor AS400 jobs and system alerts, ensuring timely acknowledgment and basic troubleshooting.

·              Provide first-line support for incidents, service requests, and alerts related to Retail, ERP and Infrastructure systems, user access, and job failures.

·              Coordinate with end users and IT teams to gather issue details, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.

·              Experience in using basic AS400 commands and managing batch processes within the AS400 environment

·              Follow defined escalation procedures, escalating unresolved or critical issues to Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 teams.

·              Log, track, and update tickets in the ITSM/ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation.

·              Provide on-call support for priority incidents and urgent system issues as required.

·              Work in a 24x7 environment, ensuring flexibility for night shifts and weekend support.

·              Participate in knowledge-sharing and training programs to build expertise in ERP support.

·              Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring prompt and professional responses to end users.
