Job Description:

Bright Horizons (Systems Plus) is looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our data team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting. You will handle design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support BI solutions using Qlik Sense, Qlik SaaS, and NPrinting.
• Design and develop complex SQL queries and data models to support BI reporting and analytics.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business/data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data models, KPI glossary, design documents, workflows, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions as needed.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work within an agile environment to ensure rapid delivery of BI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in BI development , analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer with expertise in Qlik Sense, Qlik SaaS, and NPrinting.
• Strong ability in SQL and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other BI tools and technologies like Power BI, Looker, Tableau etc.
• Knowledge of Qlik Admin, API development and scripting.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Big Query, Google Analytics.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
