💼 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing and building scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect and implement microservices-based applications
• Build and maintain secure, reliable RESTful APIs
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in backend/full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Multithreading, Collections)
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot & Spring ecosystem
• Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with MySQL (query optimization, indexing)
• Familiarity with frontend (React / JS) is a plus
• Proficiency with Git and SDLC practices

Good to Have Skills

• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Serverless)
• Docker / Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Kafka / event-driven systems
